I want to support blind people by translating books in Braille. I have already worked on 18 books so far. Each book costs Rs. 15-20k. Please, support if you can.

This is some information about myself.

Disability- Spastic, wheelchair bound, types on computer with three fingers of the right hand. Can not use left hand. Types with 3 fingers of right hand. Hence speed of typing is not there but can work for hours together. Physically he is totally dependent on somebody’s assistance for his daily needs. He has got motorized wheel chair which he can operate.

Achievement:- He has received president’s medal on 3ed dec. 2010 a disability day under the category of self employed disabled person.
He has received" Shahu Modak Pratishthan Award " in the category of service by a disable to other disabled.
Got felicitation from Mrs. Murty in a public function at Kolhapur.Maharashtra India.
Received an award from Lion’s club.
He received media coverage in local newspapers--Sakal, Maharashtra TImes, LOksatta, MidDay. Lokmat as well as was covered by TV channels Delhi AajTak, ETV Marathi and IBN Lokmat as news Item
Mrs. Sudha Murty's books were sponsored by Mrs Murty individually and other books were sponsored by other individuals. He was paid for his labour through these sponsorships.
He can work on the computer for hours together but typing speed is slow so can not take a work which is time bound ie in a short period.

Socioeconomic Problems - There is no flow of continuous work, over and above the amount which he gets for his labour is not enough to sustain his needs. Due to his disability he is not able to do any work which requires speed which limits his income. He is a social person, wants to have some company which he can not have sitting and working at home . His parents are now senior citizens and looking after him..
